    Meet Swazey! He is sweet 3 yr old Miniature Poodle mix. Swazey likes to go for walks and plays fetch. Swazey seeks a all female or single female home that is familiar with his breed. Swazey likes some men but we feel he should be with a female home.Swazey was saved on his last hour from a high kill CA shelter. We do not know his history, and have learned men are scary to him. Swazey has a sweet temperament,very loving so we know he was surely someone's beloved friend. Whatever his misfortune was, it is all behind him now. He gets along with other dogs and cats are ok. He likes people and dogs and will quickly attach to his person. He really likes women and can be selective with men. We are seeking the right fit home for Sammy with a routine home environment. If more than 1 person lives in the home we suggest neutralizing him with on the ground and sharing equal family time petting and interacting with him. Sammy loves being close to his people and would make a great companion dog to the right home. A calm yet engaging semi-active home would be ideal. We don't know how he would be with cats, as our foster does not have one. Sammy would make a great companion to a person or family that is moderately active, likes to go for walks and is willing to toss a toy. Sammy loves toys and knows how to sit. Swazey is seeking a home that can love and provide for him. He requires a professional grooming every 6-8 weeks, and routine bathing in between. Sammy eats grain free dog food both wet and dry. Swazey is a social sweet dog and will make a great addition to a family. Whoever adopts Sammy will be very lucky.
